Recently added a Colchester Magnum with a 4 meter bed to our tuning section to accommodate larger work
Due to an increased demand for larger diameter, longer length and heavier machining capabilities, a Colchester Magnum 600 series, Gap Bed Lathe, with a 4 metre bed length was recently added to our turning section. The Colchester was chosen for its reputation as a robust credible machine, capable of holding tight tolerances with good maintenance and back up support. By investing in this machine, Fairwood Engineering is able to machine more bulky work pieces, and manage existing workloads efficiently and effectively.
