Our modern premises are fully equipped with the machinery and tooling to provide quality bespoke items that are machined to your specification in combination with other machining processes, services and finishing techniques. We have the ability to design and manufacture components from a range of different materials to include specialist alloys, stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium, copper, brass and plastic.
Our Hurco CNC milling machines allow us to carry out 3 axis machining up to a length of 760mm, a width of 500mm and a height of 600mm, and our XYZ, 3 axis CNC milling machines can accommodate work pieces up to a length of 1500mm, a width of 550mm and a height of 500mm. Additionally we have a range of conventional manual milling machines to include Bridgeport, XYZ and Ajax allowing us the capacity to respond quickly to meet our customers’ needs. Our services may include prototyping, repair work, one off parts or large quantity batch components.
